Sassenach Spirits

The Sassenach is expertly blended Scotch created by Scottish-born actor Sam Heughan of the hit TV series Outlander and Master Blender Michael Henry of Loch Lomond Distillery. Officially launched in 2020, this brand of Scottish Highland whisky is a marriage of premium single malts ranging in age from 9 to 12 years old paired with a beautifully matured, 20 year old organic single grain Scotch. Sassenach is finished in hand-selected Madeira wine casks for a truly full and complex palate, highly favored by single malt lovers and whisky connoisseurs alike. Winning double-gold at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Championship and again at the 2021 New York World Wine and Spirits Competition, Sassenach is available in extremely limited quantities throughout the US and the UK. In addition to Scotch, the brand launched a selection of tequila in December 2021 which was a collaboration with master distiller Antonio Salles of the El Tequileno distillery.
